App does not work at all

I followed the images on the app download.
Tailored to my dosage and it worked!
The only issue is the email having a 404 http error

Only 2 steroid selections and the button functionalities don’t work. Would help a lot of people out there if it did work!

Great idea but the app doesn't work. It won't let me submit information for different medications, different strengths, or different dosing schedules. Love the idea, would love an app that works
