I’m tired of having to REMOVE and REINSTALL this app! Every other week I start it, it just blinks the stars and stops. Reboot doesn’t work. It has to be totally removed & reinstalled. Then it works fine for another week or so.

I can’t withdraw
I have attempted multiple times to verify my account. After completing the verification process I never hear from STEX and when I sign in again it asks to verify. I have been doing this for the past six months. I have checked and updated everything. I’m starting to think this app is a scam of some sort. It seems very fishy because I have been able to verify with all other platforms.

Something happened I had about 5,000,000 of SHND coins and now it’s just 5,000 ? I didn’t sell any or send it to another wallet it Legit shows I didn’t send it or sell it ?

It’s easy and simple to use, yet one thing I wish was on this app was showing the order book. It’s hard to guess what to place your order from the order history on the app.

So far so good! I love the fact you can see all your open orders. I recommend everyone to at least give this a try personally I’m loving it.
Emailed Support 3 Times, still no answer
I sent Dogecoin to another exchange. I saw processing on their end for 24 hours, now it’s over another 24 hours after that and still no coin. These guys look to scam artists..STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Terrible App too.
Where do I begin....
I write this not to bash to app, but to hope the developers see this and take immediate action. For one, as I try logging on with my username and password that works perfectly fine on my computer, it continues to tell me that it is invalid information which is infuriating. And this problem is only exacerbated by the UI flaws on the main website, which keep me from finding out how to trade various currencies on the exchange! Unfortunately there are no videos, tutorials, or FAQs to turn to that clear this up, so I have to resort to here. Please fix these issues!!!
