Stey酒店给我的入住体验远远未能达到期望。首先，我惊讶地发现房间内竟然没有提供电视机，这在当今酒店业几乎是标配的设施。虽然理解现代化趋势可能促使酒店采用更多数字解决方案，但彻底去除电视似乎对于希望放松并享受一些传统娱乐的旅客来说并不友好。
此外，房间内所有灯光均需通过一个专门的app控制，这增加了额外的复杂性。对于那些期望无缝入住体验的顾客而言，需要下载一个app仅仅为了简单的如开关灯等操作显得过于繁琐，尤其是对于短暂停留的旅客。这种设计忽视了用户体验的直观性和便捷性，让人感觉不尽人意。
至于房间的整洁程度和舒适度，也未能满足基本标准。床上用品和毛巾看起来并不新鲜，洗手间的清洁情况也有待改进。
这些问题结合起来，使得我的整体体验大打折扣。 我理解酒店可能在尝试创新和提供现代化服务，但这不应以牺牲基本的舒适性和便利性为代价。Stey酒店如果想要在竞争激烈的市场中脱颖而出，需要重新审视顾客的基本需求，并确保它们被妥善满足。希望Stey酒店能够接受这份诚挚的反馈，并作出相应的改进，以提供更加满意的服务。

Incredible experience coupled with an incredible app.
Not only was my time at Stey of superior quality to nearly every hotel/housing experience I’ve ever had — Sleekly designed and super comfortable — but the Stey app made my stay at Stey even more unique. I loved being able to control the lights, curtains, and air purifier without having to leave my bed, and the messaging system made communicating with the concierge very easy and fast. The social aspect of the app is something I think deserves praise as well - if you’re a traveler in search of tourist recommendations or opportunities to meet other people, this app will serve you an incredible benefit! Ultimately, my experience at Stey has made returning to America difficult, and I already cannot wait to return and use the app once more.

Amazing stay at Stey!
My trip to Beijing couldn’t have been better, thanks to Stey Sanlitun! The Stey app is so fun and easy to use, and I loved using it to control the lights and curtains in my room. I really enjoyed making a profile for myself and getting to see other resident’s profiles, as well as what events were going on for the week! Just be sure to download the app before you arrive for a seamless check-in process.
