Hi. Thank you for your feedback. This app sits inside the Messages app. In order to remove it, you will need to tap on 'More' to see all iMessages app you can want to edit.

Hi. Please ensure you check your iMessage app. Stickee is only useable within iMessage, it cannot be seen as a full app on its own. We are seeing a lot of activities in our app so it is working for sure. Hi, first we want to thank you for being such a loyal customer of the motivation quotes sticker pack with your last comment back in Nov 2017. We can assure you Apple was going through some system issues and there was probably a short downtime of a few hours where it wouldn't load when the new version was released but it has been fine for the last 2 days. Unfortunately this is out of our control because there is no coding error on our side. Thanks.

Thank you for downloading our sticker pack! If you have already tried the steps in the description with no success, could you please try the following steps? 1. Bring up the sticker selection screen in iMessage. 2. Click on '+' to bring up iMessage App Store 3. There will be 3 tabs at the top. Tap on the right most tab called Manage 4. Look for SummerHoliday sticker pack. Check and see if it is turned on. 5. If it is, try closing Messages app all together by double tapping on your home button then swipe away Messages app. 6. Reopen and check if it is loading now. If it is still missing then there might have been an issue whilst downloading. If that is the case, then look for the app in App Store again. It should be a cloud icon which means you have purchased it and you can redownload again. If you are still having trouble, please send us a message on our Facebook page. Have a nice day.

This is not possible because Apple would have rejected this if the stickers are different from what is shown in the screenshot. In our experience, it is more than likely iMessage did not load properly. Try closing iMessage all together (by tapping home button twice then swiping it away) then reopening. We also have steps in our website, www.appbubbly.com, which shows you step-by-step guide on how to activate this.

Thank you for your support. Please note that this is an iMessage sticker, which means it can only be sent from iPhone to iPhone. On top of that, you will also need be ensure that: (1) Both you and your friend has iMessage turned on (2) Both you and your friend are running on iOS 10
