Issues

Every time I go to use this app it says my subscription expired.... it’s super annoying. I used to love using it but I can’t access it and I see I’m still being charged. Pls help before I delete. Thanks in advance

Charges apply after the first month.

Pain in the butt to delete it!! You need to make it easier to delete once people have installed it and no longer want it on their iPhones!!
Obviously, a lot of people have decided that they no longer want it.

The stickers are so cute!

It’s so dope! I love all the cute puppies that they have on here, and I’m gonna send them all my friends. And they have so much other stuff on here too, I just love it man. 😍

Adorable and Useful too!

This is so cute! I’m able to send stickers to all my friends and it has a variety of options, in case I’m too lazy to type out a message in response to theirs! The stickers also give me more of a reason to make puns, since there’s a lot of humorous and relatable stickers as well! It also has a highlighter feature that can help with marking important documents. I would go into more detail with this app, but you’ll just have to try it yourself to see how great it is!

Love love this app!

This app is SO fun! I love how it’s integrated with the iOS 11 upgrade so its already in your keyboard. I’ve been having way too much fun sending all my friends stickers of a DJing cat 😂

Hi, to delete the app, please 1) Go to Messages and open any conversation - you will see a bar at the bottom of the screen containing all the different iMessage apps. 2) Scroll right to the very end of this bar until you see three dots icon saying ‘More’. Tap on it. 3) You will be taken to iMessage settings. Scroll down in the list of apps, and find Sticker Tray. Here, simply swipe left on the row - as you do this, delete option will appear. Tap on it and the app will be deleted. I hope that these instructions helped. If not, please write to alex@innostudio.co and I will send you detailed pictures and a video with the steps. Also, if you already subscribed, you can go to your iTunes account and the subscription there. We hope that you reconsider your review in the light of this information. Thank you. Cute, User-Friendly

This app is very cool. You can pop a sticker onto any iMessage bubble, which adds more fun in to the conversation. The illustrations are also very funny! I highly recommend, it is worth a try.

So much fun!

I didn’t expect to like a sticker app so much LOL it’s so easy to use and has the most amount of varied stickers of high graphic quality I’ve seen. My favorite thing to do is to peel the stickers and place them in a text anywhere I want! Totally recommend it, especially if you’re someone that likes to chat using emojis.

We completely understand where you are coming from and, in an ideal world, we would love to share with you all our stickers free of charge, or just for an one off fee, but unfortunately, we also have to support our artists who create two new sticker packs for our users every week, as well as providing thematic updates to the app, such as Halloween in a few weeks, which I am personally looking forward to. We do offer our sticker packs individually on the App Store "one fee and done" like you said, but by subscribing to the app for just the price of one sticker pack per month, you get instant access to more than 80 sticker packs inside the app. We found that many users find it really convenient and enjoy it, but we totally understand where you are coming from and if you don't use stickers frequently, having such a subscription might not make sense.

A humongous, diverse library that’s incredibly easy and accurate to search. Give that 7-day free trial a go for sure!

Adorable and fun!

This app is so cute, and the stickers really add a lot of flare to your iMessages. There are endless options, you can search within the app for what you want, and the face stickers are an awesome feature. Will definitely use this often!

Great addition to the emoji feature

This app has a variety of unique characters and emoji’s to choose from and definitely serves its purpose. Haven’t had any issues, great functionality!

So much fun!

My new favorite app! It’s seriously so much fun and simple to use. First of all you get a 7 day free trial, so you can decide if it’s for you. Secondly you get to peel stickers off and place them anywhere on your text. And you can double them up too creating any kind of gif or sticker that you would like. I’m texting everyone I know today with these!!

Delete App off of phone

I deleted this off my home screen. Now it's asking to update the app. I don't want this on my phone at ALL. I've gone to the iMessages and it's off. How do I erase completely where it doesn't update at all?

Dear Stacy, thank you for downloading our app. Sticker Tray does not appear on your home screen because it is for iMessage only. You will find it inside iMessage, in your iMessage application drawer. To find it, go to iMessage, open any conversation, tap on ‘>’ button, then ‘A’ button and then, at the bottom left corner, you will see four dots icon. Click on it, and you will see your iMessage drawer, where all iMessage apps are located, including Sticker Tray. Alternatively, please use this guide Apple created which helps you find iMessage apps: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT206906 To delete any of your iMessage apps, including Sticker Tray, just tap and hold on any app icon until it jiggles - this is the same way you delete normal apps on your home screen.
