They don’t care about their games - no support
Their support team doesn’t exist. I still need help with an issue with billing and they have never gotten back to me. I’ve emailed them many, many times and still nothing. They don’t care. They just put up a game, collect their money, and move onto the next one to do the same thing.
Broken please fix
Arena becomes broken after a while. Rewards won’t stop popping up even when I’m not at the arena. Restarting home or game does not work and rewards still keep popping up every few seconds.
Forgot
1st update lost all special weapons, 2nd update lost my men , 9 months later still nothing, such a shame

For one of the side quest for me it says I have to find the ax to heat the house or whatever and it won’t let me pick it up at all…

Unfortunately the developers have forgot about this game , changed stuff that didn’t need to be changed
Stats changed after rebooting game
Games has bugs. Enemies that were attacking appeared dead. I lost 3000 hit points after closing the game and turning it back on. My character was also slower and did less damage. Pretty annoying after spending money to level up character.

I’ve gone through the teleport and defeated all the bosses on that side- what’s next?!
UPDATE: The game started me COMPLETELY over and I’m one to spend real cash on my account. Very disappointed that I keep writing to the developers for over a week now and I still haven’t gotten a response.

I played this game 2/3 years ago and I was looking forward to playing this again.
It won’t load
The game won’t load anymore after I played it for like 5 days it stopped working now it won’t load

Played since day 1 and waited forever for an update but nothing.
Problem is now the game doesn't even open. It freezes on 'init social services'... Please fix it as I do not want to lose my hours upon hours of play to finish this game by having to delete it and start again...
Looks like you've abandoned it as you now have another game 'Zombie Squad' with the same maps and play, just different graphics. And I've completed that one as well....
C'mon. Either tell us you've abandoned them or give us an update please..

I just updated to iOS18, and now the game will not load on any of my devices. This has been my favorite game, and I played everyday, but now I can’t.
