App Broken

The app is completely useless on both Apple and Android, as well as their website. It is impossible to register without a phone number, but their system is broken and does not send confirmation codes via text when signing up. I tried two different UK numbers to no success. Absolutely useless loyalty programme. The website also crashes regularly.

Broken onboarding

Not possible to progress beyond onboarding with no dropdown available for language and no way to skip this part of the process.

Rubbish

The app isn’t fit for purpose. You can’t book a table and it doesn’t add loyalty points. Waste of time…

Doesn’t work anymore

The app used to work just fine, but lately it is not usable anymore. You have to choose a country and language but it doesn’t give any language options to choose. It’s been like this for a while, quite weird that they don’t fix it

After update not working

The app had an update, and now when you try to open it, you need to select the country after choosing the language. However, the app doesn’t give any option to do this at that step.

Works as a loyalty program never works as a deliver

Works well as a loyalty program to collect points and order pickup but doesn’t recognise neither of 4 adresses I’ve tried, which are all in London, so not an unpopular city. Please update the address database and it would deserve all 5 stars, only 4 for now

I cannot log in, and it is a very bug app.

Can’t remove items from an order

This app is virtually unusable for ordering because it doesn’t allow to remove items from an order. I made a mistake, clicked more than I should have. Even when exiting the app and coming back the basket still contains previous items. Come on.

This app is very good as it allows me to collect points/book table and order online.

Sign Up with e-mail doesn’t work

I also can’t login with Google, as Google rejects the request:
Access blocked: sticksnsushi.com has not completed the Google verification process

The “magic link” e-mail for signing up never arrives. This app is not ready for use.

Will never use or go to sticks n sushi again. Order never came and no way to complain on app.

Rubbish

The app has bugs and once you download it, it never works properly. It’s just a grey screen. Total rubbish.
