Taking payment and failing to deliver the product or provide basic customer service is unacceptable. Save your money and steer clear until they figure out their billing and support.

Stealing my money
Since you continue to ignore my requests for support, I’ll leave a review and maybe then I’ll actually get your attention. I am getting charged way more than I should be. I have the pro plan and the AI prompts plan. I saved up $50 to use towards my next game, and within 3 prompts it burned through everything and still didn’t get the outcome I wanted. Most prompts charge a few dollars each. But now my credit history says it was charged over 8 times even though I only made 3 prompts. I demand a refund. You are scamming me. I’ve already made a great first game and was working on a few other projects, so I am fully aware of how the platform usually works and the range it typically charges. This is ridiculous.
