Does this app still work?

Tried to register but it just keeps loading.

GPS unstable

GPS has accuracy of 10m so I didnโ€™t really expect this to work that well. Indoors itโ€™s worse because of GPSโ€™s weak signal. I attached a note, posted it, moved 5 ft, and the note flew away. Decent UI though.
