About

Protect one intention from distracting apps while you work. Write what you want to finish, choose 25, 45, 60, or 90 minutes, and begin a focus session. If you choose distractions and grant Apple's Screen Time access, Still can restrict the selected distractions while the session is active. Opening a selected distraction shows Still's system shield with a reminder of your intention. Return to focus, or open Still and deliberately end the session to restore normal access. If app blocking is not configured or cannot start, Still continues as a timer-only focus session. A Live Activity can keep the remaining time visible on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. You control whether it shows your intention or the generic label Focus. When time ends, reflect on whether the intention is complete. Minimal History keeps finalized sessions on your device. No account is required. Still contains no advertising, third-party tracking, analytics, cloud sync, or developer-controlled backend.
