App doesn’t work
After months of working just fine, the app stopped updating my accounts. Tried messaging bank, but messages won’t send on app now. Tried calling in for help and was told problem is on my end. Time to look for a more helpful bank.
Max of $1000 for paying bills is unacceptable.
Our plan was to change from our bank that we’ve had for years(PNC) but when I tried to transfer money to my PNC account after several calls and transfers I found out that my max bill pay was $1000 and the highest bill pay that you offer is $1500. That will never work for me. I guess I’ll just continue paying my PNC account daily until I have eventually drained my Stillman account. I am currently in Florida and was told for $31.00 they could transfer money to PNC. Totally unacceptable. No one seemed to care which is not what I expected from your bank. Very disappointed.
