Never complained, never received any updates or anything(mind you costumer service is a discord chat….) but after just asking for a simple update today nothing but asking about the situation I banned/black by who ever the host is and I violated nothing. Just uninstall the app if you need to ask costumer services for anything.

This app is a scam
Hello recently, this app banned me from their platform after hitting a couple of straight bets. I contacted support and they told me they’d be looking into the issue but after six days, I started growing impatient there was $1961 in the account, and I wanted to know what was going on with my money so I tried reaching out to support repeatedly in both our chat for the ticket and the general chat, I proceeded to be chat banned for expressing my concerns with the app. If you value your money, please stay away from this app. They will take away your hard earned dollars.

False advertising
They claim a 250$ deposit match on the App Store pictures. That code doesn’t work anymore. Instead they only give you 10$ if you make a purchase. Not a good promotion. I was excited to use this app but I guess not anymore.

Without the daily stim, this app just feels like every other generic picks app, except worse because it built its identity around something it no longer offers. Possibly A Zero Star
Standard new app issues: high withdrawal minimums ($50) and low weekly limits. What makes it worse is the Discord-only support. If an admin doesn’t like your picks or if you point out their own hypocrisy, they just block you. Since support is tied to that Discord, you basically lose access to help if you offend a moderator's ego. Stick to Pikkit or Rebet if you want a real social experience. the moderation team is in 'survival mode.' Instead of engaging with critiques or allowing users to compare lines across DFS platforms, they resort to immediate bans and avoidance. They claim to be a 'social' sportsbook, but they silence any social interaction that mentions a competitor. It’s clear they are scared of their own 2.7k user base seeing better value on established apps.

Withdrawal issues
I enjoy the app overall but when I go to withdraw my winnings it sends me to another site that will not process my withdrawal. I tried joining the discord but keep getting message saying it does not exist. Does anyone know how to get ahold of anyone from this app?

Absolute scam they don’t let you cash out your money. There is no customer support. Won 1000 dollars but it’s permanently stuck in the app.

Account Limit
I was limited for winning to much, this is the very first app in my lifetime to do this to me. Limit went from $200 to 2 dollars. Very disappointing.
Terrible customer service
I had single straight bet that was voided because of game cancellation. I messaged the team on discord and was instantly removed from the group a block. I messaged them on instagram after this and was blocked on instagram as well. I wouldn’t recommend trusting these guys, stick to the established books. Not a great way to do business.

Really bad app it just sucks so bad don’t waste your time. You win and they start restricting your account limits. Customer support doesn’t even exist they are horrible. Withdrawal system is the worst ever of all apps.
