Stimz Connect is a medical app that allows neurodivergent individuals to share essential information with helpers via a discreet NFC tag or QR code. It provides a private profile with communication aids, emergency contacts, and medical details, accessible without the helper needing the app.
Users can create a customizable profile containing information such as how to approach them, what calms them, a communication grid, emergency contacts, and optional medical information. This profile is then linked to an NFC tag or QR code that a helper can scan.
Stimz Connect is for autistic adults and teens building independence, parents of neurodivergent children, families supporting individuals with learning disabilities or memory difficulties, and schools or carer teams.
No, Stimz Connect does not contain advertisements. The app is free to download and use, with optional paid subscriptions for enhanced features like Connect Alerts.
Connect Alerts are an optional paid subscription feature that notifies your chosen emergency contacts when your tag is scanned. It can also share the helper's location if they choose to share it.
Stimz Connect offers several subscription tiers: Solo for 1 profile at £4.99/month, Up to 3 for 3 profiles at £9.99/month, Family for 4 profiles at £14.99/month, and Max for 10 profiles at £44.99/month. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in iOS Settings.
Yes, Stimz Connect is designed with privacy in mind. Each scan creates a temporary link that expires in 30 minutes, and helpers do not see contact numbers unless you explicitly list them. The app's privacy policy details data handling practices.
Stimz Connect is supported on iPhone and iPod devices. The app is rated for ages 12 and up.
