Location issues.
Iāve been on this app for maybe a month and ran fresh out of local options ššso all Iāve been getting is out of state I canāt afford to travel š„²so that wonāt work. I have my settings set to my zip code no farther than 30 miles and thereās no one in wa state left I guessš please fix this idk if itās a glitch or what but the app is not usable for me until it gets fixed and I have a daughter who needs a daddy š¤£

I regret downloading, feels like my images were stolen
DONāT SIGN UP FOR STIR!!! This application is awful. I signed up with my email, uploaded my pictures, answered 3 prompts as required. Then it asked for a phone number to āverify accountā. I typed in my cell phone number and it rejected it! Now Iām locked out of the app and my pictures and profile are visible to everyone. I cannot log on nor can I delete my profile without a verified phone number. I was given a link to email customer service. A ācustomer serviceā (AI bot) representative emailed me to verify my identity by answering questions, which I did. āCustomer serviceā responded that they couldnāt verify me therefore they couldnāt help me. I emailed three more times and theyāve not responded to me. Thereās no company telephone number or any other way to contact them. Meanwhile, I continue to get notification from the Stir app about strangers liking my profile and sending me messages. I feel like my images have been stolen and I have no way to get them back. Iām actually really sad and confused by all of this. DONāT SIGN UP FOR STIR!!!!

Itās no good, donāt purchase anything
Had hope with this app since itās for parents. However Iāve seen a bunch of people with no kids on here. Honestly seems like loss cause with app. To top it off it only gives me a few (less than 5 different people) and then it stays loading. Doesnāt give me other options or matches. I also canāt see ANY of my messages!! So glad I didnāt purchase the membership.

Bad Quality of Search
Terrible when searching via distance. It does not show people in your area. Shows other states for some reason.
Insulting
I live outside of Chicago, so not lightly populated area. Despite that, I can go through dozens of profiles from Montana, Maryland, and Canada without seeing a single one from Illinois. If this app is to help parents, itās a major middle finger.
Lots of fake profiles
This app is kind of suspect and a lot of fake profiles a lot of scammers, and nobody in my ZIP Code.

No nearby options
There is no one in my area and when I mean area, I mean in a couple hour geographic area of me. My match settings is 5-10 miles but all I get is men from other states and maybe 1-2 men from other parts of California every 40-50 matches but even then, they live in Southern California while I live in Northern. This site is all about being a single parent and finding love. This site should know that one cannot have love as a single parent when you donāt live next to one another.

Do you even need to have the option? Because filtering isnāt filtering how would i want a relatinship with someone away from me by at least +1000km if there are no profiles near me just say soā¦

The dating pool in Miami is very small, all of the users are in a different city or state.

If I could leave the app zero stars I definitely would. Itās a shame that I set my search parameters for what Iām looking for and it tells me nothing matches my search but then I go over to the featured section where they feature a bunch of people they think youāll like and it shows me exactly what I was just searching for that they said didnāt exist kind of funny how they wonāt show it to me in my search, but then I find it over there and I have to pay to get super likes to talk to these people sounds like a rip off to me
