Don’t waste your time
Unless you wanna pay to get local matches, don’t download this app. I live in Northern California at most of the suggestions that I’ve been given are in Southern California over 300 miles away. In order to have your preferences accepted of distance age you have to pay for the premiums.
Don’t trust this app
I made this app and didn’t even use it. When I tried to log in the morning after creating it, it said my account was blocked. I was immediately sent to the ban appeals page by customer service. I use the same photos as I have on other apps and have never had this problem. I really think they keep your information and then show it to men who will pay to subscribe as bait to get more subscriptions. After reading dozens of other reviews, this seems to be a common problem. Especially with women. Something not right is going on here.

This app has stolen my identity and they won’t fix it.
I saw recently that I have an account with me on it and it has stolen pictures of my family. They are stealing people identities and you may not be talking to the person you thought you were.
All matches an entire state or more away
As a single father this app gave me hope but the more I began to use it the more frustrated I’ve become and have lost hope with yet another app. Every person that pops up seems to be an entire state or more away from the one I’m currently living in. I am very glad I haven’t fallen prey to the money grabs of boosting attention to my profile or the “premium”. This seems to be not only an issue for myself but countless others as well. Do not believe the positive reviews more than likely they’re bots or people who’ve been paid to write such reviews. Do better STIR.

Nothing but out of state and out of country potential matches and the largest area I’ve said to look is 60 miles.. not 300! I’ve had maybe 10 options near me.

I’ve had this app over a year and I still have the same girls that liked my profile on here unless you were certainly buy it, you can keep on swiping all day long and every day like I have for the last year you will never ever get a match! Also, there’s a lot of duplicated profile! Repeat do not use this for a dating app. Unless you are going to buy it! This is a scam!Not for free!

Location issues.
I’ve been on this app for maybe a month and ran fresh out of local options 💀😭so all I’ve been getting is out of state I can’t afford to travel 🥲so that won’t work. I have my settings set to my zip code no farther than 30 miles and there’s no one in wa state left I guess👀 please fix this idk if it’s a glitch or what but the app is not usable for me until it gets fixed and I have a daughter who needs a daddy 🤣

I regret downloading, feels like my images were stolen
DON’T SIGN UP FOR STIR!!! This application is awful. I signed up with my email, uploaded my pictures, answered 3 prompts as required. Then it asked for a phone number to “verify account”. I typed in my cell phone number and it rejected it! Now I’m locked out of the app and my pictures and profile are visible to everyone. I cannot log on nor can I delete my profile without a verified phone number. I was given a link to email customer service. A “customer service” (AI bot) representative emailed me to verify my identity by answering questions, which I did. “Customer service” responded that they couldn’t verify me therefore they couldn’t help me. I emailed three more times and they’ve not responded to me. There’s no company telephone number or any other way to contact them. Meanwhile, I continue to get notification from the Stir app about strangers liking my profile and sending me messages. I feel like my images have been stolen and I have no way to get them back. I’m actually really sad and confused by all of this. DON’T SIGN UP FOR STIR!!!!

It’s no good, don’t purchase anything
Had hope with this app since it’s for parents. However I’ve seen a bunch of people with no kids on here. Honestly seems like loss cause with app. To top it off it only gives me a few (less than 5 different people) and then it stays loading. Doesn’t give me other options or matches. I also can’t see ANY of my messages!! So glad I didn’t purchase the membership.

Bad Quality of Search
Terrible when searching via distance. It does not show people in your area. Shows other states for some reason.
Insulting
I live outside of Chicago, so not lightly populated area. Despite that, I can go through dozens of profiles from Montana, Maryland, and Canada without seeing a single one from Illinois. If this app is to help parents, it’s a major middle finger.
Lots of fake profiles
This app is kind of suspect and a lot of fake profiles a lot of scammers, and nobody in my ZIP Code.
