The little book with the turning pages never goes away. Can’t use the app so I deleted it from my iPad..

Why do you need location?
Inexplicably enforced location sharing and it constantly checks for it. I don’t yet own the machine that goes with it but from the way it’s written looks like I never will. Bad method of adding files ( if it even works that is) and the location requirement is just jaw dropping nonsense. there isn’t even any privacy statement logged with Apple whatsoever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just keeps loading…
I’ve tried opening app numerous times and a little book with a pen scribbling appears. It finally (after hours) loads but just momentarily. Then it starts with the little book again. Cannot do anything with it.
Requires location to be turned on
Didn’t even get to try the app because it requires that location is turned on. Absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous for an embroidery app. Location services should be optional.
Frustrating
App cuts out constantly.
Misleading
I brought this machine as it says you can create your own designs. This is very wrong you can only edit pre loaded designed. I’m furious as this machine cost £800. I can’t even add any more designs to the app. I feel totally mislead and will be contacting trading standards.
Please fix this app
I’m having the same problem as other reviewers. I’ve had the machine for about three months, and in that time I’ve only managed to embroider two things. I got it to work by making sure the machine was completely ready to sew before turning it on and only connecting to the app at the last second; this has only worked for single-colour designs and takes about an hour of mucking around to do it right (lots of failed attempts).
Considering this app is the only way I can send designs to my brand new $600 machine, I’m pretty angry.

No connection
I’m with everyone else here and can’t get a connection with the new IOS update everything was great till then 😞
Can’t use machine
I’ve only just bought my machine, I went to connect the machine to the app, and it won’t connect to my phone. I’ve tried multiple phones/tablets and all have the same problem. Please fix!!
iOS update problems
Since updating to the latest iOS and getting a new iPad, I can. It get it to connect to machine. I can select the machine in wifi settings and it says connected but when coming back to the app it keeps telling me to select machine. HELP HELP. I need this app and as such my machine and app are useless at the moment

The app was fantastic, but kept dropping out. Since they updated the phone to 13.122 the app dose not work at all. Hope they update the app soon so it can work again. I really miss my embroidering on my machine I only got 3 months ago.
Fun to work with...
My only complaint is that folders can’t be deleted and need more hoop sizes. Thanks
