I just updated the app and they took back all the reviews and fixed everything the biggest thing being the turning iPad thing now it is not so hard to use
Works but not really so doesnt work when you think about it
app is only in portrait mode which is dumb cos we’re all on ipads and i dont wanna have to rotate my ipad during class. also app breaks every couple minutes.

Why is this a thing?
Difficult to navigate
Too difficult to find information on the app/website. Too many menus..menus are confusing.Needs to be simplified to make it easier for the end user to navigate.
Buggy
Would be nice if it actually worked. Now not displaying unread messages anymore- this used to work. Luckily, the web site provides as much information, probably in a more useable format. Somewhat pointless.
