This is how all transportation apps should work.
STL Taxi is one of the slickest, most well done apps I’ve ever used. Ordering taxi’s is effortless. While waiting (no more than about eight minutes), you get real-time updates on your cab’s location. On top of that, you can pay securely, including the tip, via ApplePay. I wish I could assign six stars.

Cant tip at end?
Two massive complaints. One, maybe I did something wrong, but it seemed that the app forced me into Apple Pay, something I’ve sedulously avoided throughout my life. I’m going to have to erase that, and pay cash in the future. Secondly apparently, I had the opportunity to tip when I ordered the ride but shouldn’t the size of your tip be determined at the end of your ride based on the quality?

Missing function
I downloaded the app and have used it several times - to order a cab for “now” and for a “future” time. The app has worked great! Today, when I went to order a cab for my trip to the airport for the next day, the “future date” option is no longer available...did you remove it from the app? It was really convenient and I’d like to see it come back.

Works!
Downloaded the app and reserved a cab to the airport for the next morning. Got a text alert when the cab was on its way, and he was there waiting for me 5 minutes early. Easy!
