iPad does not recognize device
I loved this case/keyboard when I got it. Very durable and easy to use. Would have given it5 stars, but then it asked for a firmware update and said no accessory connected. Connect accessory to begin update. iPad will not detect the device despite deleting the app and reinstalling and doing a hard reset on the iPad. There is no customer service number, so I have no choice but to return the product.
