You app is having issues

When I try to select the amount of inventory I have, I have to manually put in the number each digit at a time and when doing so it kicks me out from being able to put double digits please fix this issue it’s very annoying also change the speed at which I can change the amount it’s slow

Best vms hands down!

And customer service to match. My drivers love how user friendly the app is on their phones. OCS still needs a little work but is more Han serviceable in the field as is.

Decent app, but could use a few tweaks.

I've been using this since the summer of 2017. I'm happy with it in general, and will be glad when all of our machine are connected to the telemetry devices. I'm really glad for the latest update that restores the use of plus and minus in the inventory screen. I noticed today while doing an offline machine service that trying to enter a decimal point in the meter reading field crashes the whole app.
One update I'd like to see is in the bag number entry field. Since I'm entering a number, I'd like it to jump straight to the numeric keypad, like when entering refunds or change added.

Thanks for the feedback. We have already fixed this problem in the latest version of the app (v2.4.7). Please update to this version as soon as possible and let us know if it's working for you. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, we know how important is for you to adjust inventory levels in front of the machine.

Doesn’t work

Can’t get past the login screen. Some weird error message that’s an obvious bug.

Better off just logging in online through the browser. Parlevel is fine but this app is pointless.

Hello dwc31015, You can login with the same credentials you use to access your VMS in your browser. If you are having login issues please let us know in your Slack support channel or contact us at support@parlevelsystems.com. We would be happy to assist you. The purpose of the app is to give you all the tools you need you run service routes, manage your prekitting, perform Curbside DEX, make inventory and product changes, take notes, manage refunds, money bags and service tickets. Also manage OCS Orders, invoices and get signatures from customers. Some of these features are not in the browser and are only available through the App. Please let us know how we can help you David. We would like you to take the full advantage of the Parlevel VMS.

Great App, A true time saver

If your company is running the Parlevel VMS, this is a true companion to it's VMS. It's feature rich for drivers as they service machines. A true time saver!

Great app, awesome customer service

This app is great. It truly helps anyone that uses Parlevel Systems to run their company. I highly recommended. But above all, the customer support from this company is outstanding! Can't wait to start using their OCS mobile version.
