Cannot Delete Account
I wish to delete my account, this company sells your personal information. There is no option to delete your account which is illegal. Please add a clear visible “delete account” button or option on the profile page. Will be contacting the FTC.

Do NOT use these services. I’ll tell you exactly what they did to me.
First I saw an image I wanted. It said it was free to download, but I had to enter my card details first. I thought fine, whatever, if it’s free.
Then I go to actually download the image and suddenly it says I have to pay for it. So I couldn’t even get the image I came for. Total waste of time.
After that I tried to unsubscribe or remove my card, and there is literally no clear option to do it. I looked everywhere.
I did find a “turn off auto-renew” button, so I clicked that thinking it would cancel anything connected to my card.
Then later I check my bank transactions and see they’ve taken $32 from me.
I’ve sent multiple support messages and they’re barely responding, extremely slow, and honestly I doubt I’ll even get my money back.
I would NOT recommend this service to anyone unless you enjoy getting messed around and having your money taken.
They push you to link your card first. Then they make it confusing to remove it or cancel anything. Then they charge you, and the refund process is slow, frustrating and a huge waste of time.
Feels like they just take people’s money and hope you give up trying to get it back.

Don’t bother - Images have watermarks after download
This app is pointless. One download a month is bad enough for the monthly fee , but the image still has the watermarks on it after download so you can’t use them to create clean images for your own use. Don’t bother wasting your money here. I’d give it zero stars if I was allowed to
Sellers beware
I wanted to sell my photos on the platform, but they said my photos were rejected they put a copy-and-paste text with 15 reasons why it was rejected one of them was "There is a logo in the photo" It was a photo of fish tried to get my account closed got told they would keep my photos for 6 months and take all the profit.

I couldn’t download any photos
Show me an error all the time and they could fix it, no free or paid photos downloaded
Frustrating
Pics are beautiful but downloading doesn’t remove watermarks and the actual purchasing process is frustrating. Not a user friendly platform. If that improved I’m certain more people would be interested in buying more images which would help your artists and make it better for everyone!

Ridiculous sign in .. says error when signing in.. no way to recover email because says email doesn’t exist… zero support component waste of my life trying to figure out how to login in!! It’s soooooooooooo frustrating I’ll pay whatever on another app to NEVER have to deal with this one again.. wow!!

Outrageous prices
Ridiculous prices for “free” stock photos. Most you can find searching the Internet. Save your money on the subscription.
Misleading
After considerable tech difficulties with the app, I was finally able to log in and access a promo they were running—15 free downloads—only to discover that the photos are STILL stamped with the logo, and the “free downloads” are for evaluative purposes only. It’s a promo designed to get you to commit to them, get your cc number, set up an account, but absolutely nothing about it is free.

Terrible service —lazy staff
Been contributing to a variety of stock image sites. Have no issues with Adobe, Alamy, 123rf, Pond5, and others. Dreamstime he been nothing but headaches. No transparency. Staff rejects images everybody else happily accepts. No explanation as to why. Tried contacting customer service, and it only gets worse. Avoid with extreme prejudice. This app is a waste of time and money.

Beware! Scam!
It says “free stock photos” and I downloaded the app. When I found out it wasn’t free, I deleted the app. A charge just showed up in my bank for $25 from Dreamtime.com. I couldn’t even sign in to cancel because they do not have my correct email. I have no record of a purchase or subscription from Apple, so I can’t dispute it. I had to dispute it with the bank and now need a new banking card! I noticed they didn’t even post this. And my husband just got a notice in his email and HE’S NEVER EVEN CONTACTED THIS APP!

Errors
This app has decided to error me out of the app when I try to login with my username and I can’t get back or request a backup to change my password.
App need better direction
I gave three stars because I just downloaded app are there other plans it would be nice to get a couple more down loads only 1 download a moth is a little inconvenient the app has a lot of great features and I can’t figure out where to find the download
