I love the fact that it is not loaded with “ this option” & “ that option” & and advertisements. It’s effective to get in look at your accounts and do what’s needed and get out. I appreciate that.

Stock Yards is the best bank! Their mobile app has everything we need to manage our money, pay bills, and save money for goals/projects, etc. I have been with Stock Yards since the bank only had one bank right by Louisville’s stock yards.
The bank tellers, loan officers, and managers are so kind and helpful. I will never switch banks.

This bill pay system is great! So easy to use and makes bill payments possible anytime anyplace. I thank you all and appreciate all you do to keep our financial affairs safe.

The app is functional, but it’s not particularly easy to use. There are a good few options or features that I would like to have, but aren’t available.

Not that great.
The last bank I used had a Jack Henry technology system that was much more robust, better features and had a better look as well. I might even change banks over it and have been disappointed with the SYB app. German American Bank has a better app. Independence Bank looks better too, not happy with SYB technology at all, for a Bank it’s size it is surprising how poor it is.

Why won't you register my device!!!!?
Every time I sign on to this app it sends me a secure code but I also hit "register this device". It does not.

I love your app just the way it is. Please don’t change it so that my phone will not be able to update to an IOS that apple is not allowing, in which case I will not be able to access your app. This is apple’s attempt at forcing me to buy a new phone which I can’t afford and my current phone is as good as the day I purchased it. It should be against the law. But I love your app.
