REPORTS • New receivables and payables report: ageing breakdown, overdue totals, collection trend • New inventory overview: quantities and value by category, visible to staff too • Sales and purchase reports switch between product, category and customer • New top-debtors ranking, turnover rate and slow-moving list • A weekly summary and a 14-day trend chart on the home screen REGISTER AND MEMBERSHIP • The register opens from the sales screen, with its own button on iPad • Membership rules are yours to set: points rate, tier thresholds and discounts, top-up bonus • Customer level discounts apply automatically, and the register says where a discount came from • Stored-value cards work as a payment method • Split payments record how much came in by each method • A partial return refunds only what came back; the rest still counts as revenue and you can return more later • Return a discounted item and you get back what you took for it PURCHASING AND STOCK • Purchases accept a part payment and let you choose which warehouse receives them • Restock suggestions take a lead time, and you can ignore an item • Set your own expiry warning window (30 days by default); expired items are marked in red • Stock trend estimates over 7, 14 or 30 days CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS • Archived instead of deleted, so balances and past orders stay intact and can be restored • Customers support custom fields and WeChat contact • Suppliers carry the categories they supply and a price-history chart BACKUP, IMPORT AND EXPORT • Backup is now free and covers everything, so switching phones keeps your transactions • CSV files exported from Windows or Excel now import, and there is a template to download • Data export is available to managers OTHER IMPROVEMENTS • Receipts support 80mm paper, the printer reconnects on its own, and Chinese prints correctly • Receipts and reports carry your shop logo and contact details; the monthly report has charts • An unrecognised barcode is carried into the new-product form, and a successful scan beeps • Low-stock, collection and expiry reminders follow your settings, and a collection notice names the customer • Camera and microphone permission prompts are localised • Faster product-list scrolling and report loading
