버그로 인해 피해를 입었습니다

병합버그가 있는줄 모르고 병합직전에 동전주 아무생각없이 샀다가 다음날보니 1:40병합되고 가격만오르고 갯수는 그대로더라구요 순식간에 수익률 4091%찍고 제가 주알못이라 그냥 오른거구나 하고 바로 다른동전주들 풀매수했는데 갑자기 긴급버그 수정한다면서 제 가용자산을 -3000만원으로 만들어버리시네요 좀 납득이 안갑니다 분명히 이앱은 마이너스는 있을 수가 없는데 관리자의 실수로인해 마이너스통장이 생겨버렸어요 저는 빚갚고 해야하나요? 관리자 실수로 줬던 돈 다뺏아가고 있는돈 없는돈 전부 회수해가서 마이너스가 돼서 앱 진행이 불가능한데 여기에 대한 보상은 없는건가요? 제가 잘못한거도 아니고 앱측에서 잘못한건데 왜 제가 불이익을 받나요

거의 5년 가까히 이 앱을 사용했는데 계정 자체가 사라졌어요

앱이 업데이트 되면서 전과 많이 달라지면서 전에 쓰던 계정 또한 삭제되어 비록 모의투자지만 그동안 봤던 수익들이 전부 다 사라짐
