Just doesn’t work
Plenty of bikes at the bike stands but the app just doesn’t work. Waste of money.
Great idea, but flawed app
Stockholm is a great city to bike around, but this app is difficult to use. It was hard to find a station that still had bikes, and the bike I eventually found was poor quality.
Developers: Could you let users view parking stations while they’re actively using a bike? The app didn’t let me search for valid spots while I had a bike, and it didn’t let me drop off my bike unless it was at a valid spot. A phone call to the support line helped me resolve that, but the app should make it much, much easier.

Very poorly executed
The concept is good. But all the bikes in a 2KM radius are not charged with only 1 or 2 available - but then when you get there it won’t actually let you unlock the bike. Disappointed because I already paid for an annual pass only to find that most bikes are broken or unavailable.
Completely unreliable app
I have never had such a terrible experience with a ride sharing service before. This app is pretty much 100% unreliable. Every time it tells me there are 3 or 5 bikes available in a spot, I go there and there’s ZERO bikes. And in the rare chance that there are bikes available, when I scan the QR code it says “this bike is unavailable” even though the battery indicator is full and it is clearly parked in the designated return spot. I wasted my money on the ride pass thinking this was such a great deal. This app needs a major overhaul

“Continuously working to improve app”
If the app does not work, the app cannot be improved, you first need a functioning app in order to improve it. Every time I try to use this app, I walk all over Stockholm in search of a bike, only for the bike to not be at the location the app says it is. Clearly, the app cannot correctly locate and track where all of the bikes are. The idea of e bikes is great, the execution of the app is extremely, poorly done.

Worst App and Service Ever
No bikes despite app directing you to non existent bikes. I eventually “booked” a bike to make sure it would be there, walked to location - no bike. I then hit “finish trip” on my non existent bike and the app said - “you are in a restricted area and can’t finish your trip here.” 3 days later it says I am on a trip still in the app. Absolutely terrible/ stay away!!!!

Hard to find a working bike
Very cheap prices, if you can find a working bike. Most bike stalls have low number of bikes. We tried 3 stalls and only found 1 working bike.
Will not complete activation.
My GF iPad multiple problems unlocking bikes. The bikes are ill maintained and most the front wheels are falling off.
