Keeps crashing .. no support .. money is paid
Before making payment for subscription I was able to open and as soon as I paid and restarted to take the subscription shows up, the app is not getting loaded and keep crashing. Sent support message but no response. Not sure how to get refund for my $200 amount

If you want someone to renew there subscription you have to show and give a signal tomorrow if you think I will be renewing and how many pop ups during the free trial Sheeesh
Sneaky tactics on removing loosers but keep taking screenshots everyday to keep them accountable
Trust the system, it works 50-60% of time untill they take some feedback and fix. Just be careful, they are sneaky on deleting some old losers so keep taking screenshots of all swing-trades what they launch and recommend as their historical results on trade are wrong and sometimes they are sneaky on sharing trades which triggers and hit goals in less than hour and not good notifications coming in which keeps their success results better but they do have many trades which they recommended, trade was live and it disappeared from the open trades which is not good tactic.

Confused pricing. I am not sure how it charged me and I still don’t understand pricing.
I was charged by accident and immediately canceled the subscription. Help desk or contact support does not work. No way to reach out to anyone. Alerts seems ok but I am confused with the pricing model. No way to understand

When 3 stocks increase 3% each, this is NOT a 9% gain. It is 3%. If you continue to falsely claim these gains, we are prepared to file litigation for these false claims.

Never signed up
I never signed up for this, yet somehow I was charged by this app not once but TWICE! Wake up in the morning to see 2 charges of $897.99. This is a fraudulent charge and I am disputing it through my credit card company. I won’t be paying for a service I never signed up for.

Their advertising scam
Stock Alerter offered a 7 day free trial. To enact the offer and download the app for the offer, you had to double click for payment. If it was clear that I was going be then charged for a month of service, I wouldn’t have signed up to get the promised 7 days free. To date, I have not received any reimbursement for the $211. Do not download this.

Full lost coin recovery
I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz.
Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000
GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 280,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of itech koa. So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within two weeks. I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam, reach out to itechkoa@Gmail.

I have had this app for sometime now, I have been trying to cancel but could not due to the fact that there is no information regarding cancellation, and they keep deducting money from my credit card. Please I need information on how to cancel.

I have had this for 2 years and are now trying to cancel it and am having no success. This really seems to be a problem. At the end of the subscription it automatically takes your money. I never write reviews but this seems to be necessary. Watch for that
