I can’t find settings to cancel my service

There isnt anything labeled settings to put my Apple ID into to cancel service

They charged me 59 usd instead of 24.99

Is this a joke? The subscription was showing 24.99 but they charged me 59 usd after I subscribed. Can you please advise how can I get the refund otherwise I will be forced to report fraud to apple. If everything is fixed and I like the app I might revert my rating to something better. Thanks
