Pathetic ui, non responsive people
Tried it for a month. Took a week to figure out how to read alerts coz most often they turned out to b a month or 2 old… more appreciation alerts rather than trade alerts. You get a notification, someone mentioned you in a comment and it can’t b found. Worst ui I have seen

Regarding support: the community responds directly inside the app, but we prioritize respectful communication. To help you get the most out of the platform, we also provide an app tutorial. Have you had a chance to review the tutorial?

Fantastic tool and community
Very accurate signals. Now you still have to follow the program. I have had the app for a year but didn’t really start following the program, signals and guidance from Aness accurately until about 3 months ago. I wish I would have done this for the entire year because the last 3 months have been great. Everyone will use the app differently but I find tremendous value in the social aspect of the app, the comradary and watching others succeed. It builds motivation and pushes you to keep going. The training information and onboarding material and videos are also very informative and helpful.
