Blasts sound on ads
Long time user. All was tolerable (though not a fan of having to touch multiple buttons to end an ad) until they decided today to display loud screaming ads where you can’t turn down or shut off the sound. Not what you want to be subjected to first thing in the morning. And no more discreetly opening the app at work. Definitely deleting and using a different stock app. Big thumbs.

Seems everyone update has new issues. Latest update takes over a day to fill orders.

The Best (Still)
Have used this for years now. Use it everyday to track my portfolios and I’m an active trader. The paid version with real-time data runs me $10/mth and it’s worth every penny. I was a little frustrated that it was rarely updated, but have mixed feelings about all the recent updates. Though the new charts have more features (moving average crossovers for instance) I’m not a big fan of the thinner lines and pale colors - that is the trend in all apps and it plays hell with older folks. BUT, the new AI feature is amazing! Does a really nice job of summarizing the current state of any stock. A little slow perhaps, but so are some of the other AI’s (ChatGPT for instance). This is a great app and I expect I will use it forever.

Spam
Lots of spam ads and ads that look like viruses, if you can use a different app, use it. This one works ok but the virus and spam ads are ridiculous
Show negative numbers as negative numbers
I’ve asked them for years to Show negative numbers, whole and percentages, as negative numbers, i.e. with a negative symbol - or in red. Never a response to my request. How simple it is to do that by a digital company in the digital age. All the others do it. Why not them. Baffling. Very disappointed.

Apple Security Alert
Told me I had viruses on my iPhone and wanted me to click on a link.
Intrusive Popup Ads
App is plagued with popup ads that won't go away without closing it out. In addition to being bothersome and obtrusive, it causes a lot of junk to populate my phone. Looking for another app.

I would say you finally figured out the graph visualization and functionality. It is working well. This is why I am date and time stamping note so you know that it’s good right now :-) don’t fix it.

The latest upgrade is not good. The old charts were great. This new version is completely useless. I realize it is free but after using for many years I am looking for a replacement. And I have to reboot daily due to the adds. I’m

The newly updated charts are not good.
Decrease in quality recently
This app used to be good, now there are major issues with ads where there is no way to exit other than force closing the app. There is no way to see how much longer the ad runs for. Additionally the data feed seems to be broken because it no longer shows upcoming earnings dates or estimates.
New update is horrible
I have been using this app since 12-13 years and paid life time access after paying 15 bucks that time… they have removed the access what I had with no ads and all plus this upgrade where you can’t even add volume indicator on charts and when you add does not stay permanently… finally time to delete this app and move on

Bogus ad from app
The app is telling me I have a 8 viruses 72% of my iPhone is infected and must click the link. I say this app is unsafe. And as a result, I will be deleting the app from my devices.
Bug
There is an annoying bug where you edit a stock in the portfolio you have to enter the quantity and price save then redo the steps again to get it saves. First time save does not work. Please fix
Problem with ads!
I have used Stocks Pro app on my iPhone for about 2 years but now have encountered a critical bug. Every time I open the app, an advertisement appears immediately.
There is no visible "X" or close button, and the screen completely freezes. The app becomes entirely unresponsive, forcing me to force-quit the application just to exit.
This has completely stopped me from using the app. I have other choices and have moved to another platform.

It was great
It was great but as of this moment there charts do not work at all. I’m hoping they’ll fix this
New Revision
What a shame. This app was very good for a long time but now it sucks. They have completely ruined the graphing feature. I now rely on Google and Yahoo for stock price graphing. Most likely this app will be deleted soon.

Great app - latest update, not so much
Update to my review: having used the latest update for a while, I now think it is better than the legacy versions. Yes some displays take up more screen real estate but charting is much more robust and modifiers are super-easy. Lots of improvements here!
I have relied on StocksTracker for years to keep an eye on the markets. The latest version changed the user interface and while it looks slicker, the same information takes up more real estate on the screen - resulting in having to scroll to see information that used to appear on one screen. I wish the developer would offer a ‘legacy’ option allowing the use of previous versions with the more compact view.

I don’t like the company icons at all. There should be a setting to turn them off.
