Useless
The app just doesn’t work. I’m unable to select any of the options during onboarding. After selecting them in settings, the home page doesn’t update and only displays the 3 lines in the middle of the screen. After closing and reopening the app I’m met with the onboarding process again.

Lifetime Subscription Scam
The author offered this with lifetime access for free and the most recent update crippled the app, forcing a reinstall that no longer restores.

Not a fan of the customer service
I had a lifetime version, my phone died. Stoic doesn’t recognize me, doesn’t allow me to select “restore”. Not good customer service imo.

Glitchy, glitchy, freezes
Got on App advice, Free Lifetime Membership with onboarding
The app (once you can see the tiny, almost camouflaged arrow in the upper right corner of the screen that appears after you download) freezes. You have to quit and restart.
The week planner froze immediately
The stoic stories froze after one story
It also seems to be powered by an AI; it asks AI questions about you. The app looked like it would be a reference/journal and not particularly “interactive”
I will play with it a bit more, but so far not greatly impressed
