Downloaded the app it then says update which I do then says open which I do then it’s says update which I do but get nowhere fast
Won’t upgrade
On iPad My app says it needs to upgrade to a later version , when I try it says unable to because needs IOS 17.0 to run. I am running on the latest 18.7.9, won’t let me upload earlier version only because of the same issue

Weaponising Adverts
It is now impossible to read news about Stoke City FC without being interrupted by endless irrelevant adverts and being told that you have to pay to remove those adverts for an easier read.
This is effectively weaponising those adverts to secure additional income for the Sentinel.
A better strategy for all fans would be for the Stoke app to expand its news coverage and, obviously, without adverts.
I support Stoke City FC and am happy to do so through our annual subscriptions. I am less happy to be channelled into paying the Sentinel for news of our club.

No audio when watching highlight videos. The app no longer has a squad list.
Great to listen to match commentaries but floored
I like to listen to the match commentaries but the app constantly drops it's connection. The last update said sign in issues fixed....news flash.... it's getting worse

It’s okay
I like the fact it’s got all the fixtures and news but it’s unusable. It is so slow, it takes me minutes just to load up the most simplest of things, like the squad and the results.
It seems to me they use an external browser to load all the news instead of in-app update which takes ages but I’m no expert..
I’ve had to get a new Stoke app until this improves.

Might be useful if I was able to login to my account with the app or if it updated content effectively.
Log in issues
Despite being able to get in online via the website every time, the same log in details don’t give me access to the app content. Frustrating. 😠
