It’s impossible to complete the map puzzle since the last update. Please can you sort this?

I got an email saying I could play this for free yet I still have to buy gems for a hint!
Cost
Way too expensive to buy gems for hints. Friendly Fox is not so friendly and the nerve to pay extra for the bonus game is outrageous
