I got this game and it didn’t work and it said that my internet was not working so I asked my dad if the Wi-Fi isn’t working and he said that it was but then I asked what was wrong and he said that it was trying to reach a app that he had not approved soo…. Sorry?

Disappointed
It gets the same error « can’t connect to servers » for everything. Nothing loads in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled, power cycled, I have internet, a compatible phone. Flop.

What a waste. 9 out of ten times I’m getting a message claiming that my rock is not a rock. 1 out of ten times it gives an id that is way off. Can’t believe such a horrible app is on the market.

I am sad to say this app doesn’t work as it did a few months ago. I’ve tried coming back thinking the app, will get fixed but it always says “couldn’t connect to the server”. It doesn’t matter if I’m on wi-fi or 5G it doesn’t work for me so I can’t recommend. It was cool in the beginning.
Terrible app
This app does not work! I have been trying for 2 days and at different times to use it and I keep getting a not connected to the internet. My wifi and cellular data work fine. App sucks!
Couldn’t even use the app
When I downloaded this app and finished the tutorial, I could not even scan a rock. Every time I hit the scan button, it wouldn’t work, instead it would put me on one of the pages.
Won’t work
I know it’s only the free version I’m trying but if it won’t work there doesn’t seem any point in paying a subscription. I’ve tried it on 2-3 different rocks/minerals the last 4 days and every time I try to identify anything it gives an error about not being connected. My phone is connected to the internet so I’m not sure what its problem is. Point being is if it won’t identify anything the app is useless.

Needs improvement
Every time I try to take the picture, when it's almost done loading, it says to check my internet connection and try again. My internet connection is very good right now but it says that still every time.
It will not connect to the server
I have resized and resized and resized my images to the point where I can’t make them any smaller. I’ve tried Wi-Fi no Wi-Fi two different phones and the home Wi-Fi, (which is perfectly fine everywhere else), and I cannot connect to the server to identify the rocks I’m uploading. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had an iPhone since 2009.

i downloaded this today and you dont know how much i regret it. i took a picture of literally QUARTZ and it says "this doesnt look like a stone". what do you mean quartz isnt a stone??

I have been looking for an app that identify rocks, but this one you only get to identify one rock a day unless you buy it . It won’t even tell you how much it’s worth if you don’t buy it. horrible app I do not recommend but if you’re willing to buy it, you’re willing to buy it, but I’m not.

I bought the full year and how ironic it kept giving me a server error after I paid. So I deleted the app and now it wants more money. What a joke. If there were negative stats I would give.
Kinda disappointed
