Missing items when ordered via app.
Been coming to SFG for over a decade. Tried their app to order pickup. Missing main side dish. Value bundle became a scam. No way to rectify via app. Very disappointed.
Love the food, hate the app
App has a different layout than the website which is understandable. However, the app does not allow users to stack multiple gift cards so I was not able to complete my transaction using the app. I had to revert back to the website.
No edits possible!
You can’t make any changes or edits. You can’t add a promo code. It’s very confusing and keeps changing what you already inputted. Very poor design for anyone who needs to make any changes or edits.
Not able to use
Tried placing an order for pick up and I received error. “Error Validating Basket”
Wrong order.
We ordered lemon garlic chicken but got bbq chicken instead.
No where to add notes
It’s hard to tell them what you want because there’s no notes.
I wanted dark meat for the chicken there was nowhere to put that , also wanted extra cheese on my pizza nowhere to put that either.

The Stonefire Grill app is incredibly easy to use and makes ordering a breeze. The interface is clean and straightforward, making it simple to browse the menu, customize orders, and check out quickly. Everything works smoothly, from placing an order to tracking it, and I’ve never had any issues with glitches or delays.
I appreciate how the app saves past orders, making reordering favorites super convenient. The ability to schedule pickups and select locations is a great feature, and it’s nice to see all the menu options clearly laid out.
Overall, I’m very happy with the app—it’s well-designed, efficient, and makes enjoying Stonefire Grill even more convenient!

Update Ruined App
It crashes on every device when I try to add a gift card….
Missing key features but works well
I typically have order over the computer or by phone. The app works well, no noticeable bugs. Though it is missing the ability to order extra sauce or put in a custom note. As a result the restaurant missed giving me BBQ sauce all together. This was sad as I had to drive in.

Will forget sauces
The food was good, but we ordered one of the stores bundles and asked for the sauces on the side and when the food was delivered the sauces weren’t in the bags. We were very disappointed to order bbq and not get the bbq sauce.

I always have trouble signing into my reward program and when I put my info in it doesn’t automatically pop up

Cartwheel salad
I thought I’d try something new and ordered this salad. It’s terrible. Mostly iceberg lettuce. Have to search for the other ingredients. The dressing has no cilantro flavor at all. It’s thick and oily. The tortilla strips were stale. I threw the whole thing out.

Impossible to get rewards when ordering online! Employees don’t know how! Got a free desert on my birthday, but couldn’t redeem because no one knows how to add it in the cart, so frustrating!
