Poor to say the least carvery closed with no notice outside or on website. Then to be told they only have chicken burgers or pizza available was a real disappointment. This is the only stone house I have ever known to run out of food. Think maybe who is in charge of ordering food stock needs talking to

Collect points, and for the 3rd time my vouchers disappeared. Will not bother in future
Burnt offerings
Every time you come for a carvery it has been sat drying out all afternoon the roast are like burnt prunes the mash and veg have dried up with no lids on no way is it worth the price this is happening all the time

I came into the Hayling island Stonehouse , which I probably average every two weeks , walk up here so can have a drink and meal, unfortunately the beef was off your staff Carlos and Chloe where very apologetic towards me I felt a bit rotten for moaning , they very kindly steered me too the turkey , and encouraged me to use the £6 app , the meal was delicious and well worth the money , brilliant service

Just dreadful
Clunky app, crashes, lags massively, rewards don’t add on, and get lost, stamp card doesn’t work and misses lots of stamps. The most dysfunctional app I have ever encountered by miles
