Great app đź–¤
I’m mostly tired of just sitting around on my phone and this app is helping me with that. So far my screen time is less now that I have this app. I walk outside, touch grass, sleep helps too but even I get bored of sleeping so I just stare at the ceiling for hours

That’s exactly the point — to sit with the boredom instead of escaping it. You’re doing it right. The quiet moments matter more than the scroll.
