Great for beginner and experienced alike
If it hadn’t been for the this app, I never would found out how much love and enjoyment I have for stop-motion animation. The controls are simple to use and easy to understand, great for those new to the game who need to learn and keeping things simple for the experienced as well. One criticism I have is that when in photo mode, you can’t scroll between previous and the current frame as easily as you could a few years back. But all in all, if you are considering trying out stop motion - I HIGHLY recommend starting right here :)

Great app
Brilliant. A little tricky to navigate sometimes, but otherwise very high quality and easy to use.

Since 2024 I had this app and I was not able to use it properly because I was kicked out somehow and then I never got to use it
The best app for pros and beginners
I’ve been using this app for years and it has never failed me yet. Only thing I can say that is bad it the advice it gives me when my phone is not sideways. If it gave me the option to turn it off the app would be perfect.

Subscription
This app is great, but one thing I really don’t like is how you need to pay to upload photos you took outside of the app. I made an entire movie outside of the app and wanted to upload the frames into it to make it look smooth, and so I could edit it. However the subscription screen came up, so now I either have to remake the ENTIRE movie, or go to a different app.

Really great just needs to add more fighting sound effects and all in all needs to add more energy stuff like if I’m trying to make a Stop Motion. There’s no way I can make fireballs.

My honest review
It is a good app and it helps you make noises that you can’t make. I like it except there is no videos which is the only downside. Well there’s a few sides but otherwise stop motion is a good app.
