Stop Scrolling: Screen Time

It is easy to lose track of time while scrolling. Stop Scrolling gives you a gentle moment to notice and choose what happens next. Select the apps you want to monitor and choose how long you want to use them before receiving a reminder. When that time is reached, Stop Scrolling sends a local notification. You can stop there or ask for another reminder later. There are no scores or judgments. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Stop Scrolling does not read another app’s screen, scrolling gestures, messages, photos, browsing history, or location. It uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks only to monitor the usage duration of items you explicitly select. Screen Time selections, reminder settings, and reminder history stay in the app’s local iOS App Group container and are never used for advertising. The app displays advertising. Advertising partners may process device identifiers, product interaction, advertising data, approximate location derived from network information, and diagnostics as described in the Privacy Policy. Tracking or personalized advertising is used only where permitted and, on iOS, only after any consent required by App Tracking Transparency. Contextual or non-personalized ads may still appear when tracking is not allowed.
