Could be better
Got this app for events I run with multiple speakers, was under the impression I would be able to set it up ahead of time to run for entire engagement however I have only been able to set up one timer not a bunch of different ones running together. For example 5 speakers with talk times of 5 min 15 min and 25 min means I am having to make a new timer every time a new speaker is up thus slowing down the event when I should just have to pause and start timer having it all setup before event. Fix that and it would be 5 stars until then best I am giving is 2...

I bought this for my kids nap time so they can see when it’s ok to come out. The way this is made can ONLY go from green to red, not red to green. $2 down the drain.
Almost perfect
Since this is not a free app, I feel it needs a few more options to push it to a five star rating.
Pros: colors are nice and bright, filling the whole screen. Interface is simple, uncluttered. Timer options are completely customizable.
Improvements Needed: 1. Multiple choice of alarm sounds. Current end chime is harsh and cheap sounding. 2. Option to keep final alarm sound playing until manually turned off.

This is a great CANTOR type clock… great for use in the classroom with children who need to be reminded when there is an upcoming transition. Easy to reset and adjust. Highly recommend!

If I had any feedback, it would be to make the displayed timer numbers bigger and fatter (maybe choose another font), so they can be more easily seen on an iPhone, while still allowing enough background to show through to see the timer colors at a distance. Thanks.

Good timer
Basically a good timer. Two features would make it great: display of time elapsed, and double-tap anywhere on screen to start and stop the timer. A bit cumbersome as it is.

I also use this for Toastmasters and agree that the app would be greatly improved if a touch anywhere on the screen could activate the clock function rather than the tiny slider.
Works as advertised!
Countdown works fine; colors switch on the second. Chip's comment about the 'start' slider being small is true-- maybe a larger slider would be better.
I'd like to see a way to pick my own alarm sound, but this is not a show-stopper!

Very useful.
I like it and use it for Toastmasters, but make it easier to start and stop the timer by just touching anywhere on the screen--it's a major pain to have to use the tiny little slider to start and stop the timer!
Add option
This app works well but I would like an option to turn off the time digits, I.e., just display the colors.

It's a nice timer, especially on the iPad. The large count-down or count-up numbers on a neutral, green, yellow, or red background are very easy to see from across the room.
There is only one sound that can be activated, or disabled, and that is the ringing of a ship's bell. It is desirable to allow for user-imported ring tones or customized sounds, including a vibrate-only sound that would be appropriate for a speaker who might not want a loud tone, just a vibrating buzz when the time is up.
Also, for speakers who are blind, having an option to signal a tone or vibrating buzz when the green, yellow, and red lights come on is another Accessibility Feature that would be very useful to visually impaired speakers.
Perhaps a start button that could be tapped, instead of a slider switch, might be easier to use. Also, an easy way to suspend and resume the clock would be useful. I won't ask for a lap counter. There are stop watches that do that.

not good for Toastmaster meetings
Chime cannot be turned off. Great if you're timing yourself.

This doesn't work as advertised. It runs time and chimes . It doesn't change colors at the different times needed for Toastmasters timing.
good, could use count-up function as well
The timer works as advertised, and the developer is listening to the feedback, which is always a good sign. The interface is clean and very visible for a speaker.
The addition of an optional neutral start color and fractions of minutes possible for settings makes it suitable for TM-type timing.
My feature request: countdown is nice, but there are situations where count-up would be better. Perhaps this can be added as a toggle switch in a future version.

Does not work
Timing does not work as advertised. In trying to use it as in Toastmasters ie Green at 5, yellow at 6 and red after 7 min it does it's own thing but not sure what. Save your money and do not buy it until fixed.
Not Toastmaster timer
It advertises that it works for TM but if you can't do half minutes then it's not Toastmaster timer. Very disappointing.
Not what I was looking for but does what it says
I was looking for an app to help with time management for my children, both have Autism. This app does track time and you can set it which s nice. But I would love for this to beep and even blink when it changes from green to yellow and to have at least the last ten seconds in red, maybe even a blinking red. We had a timer that worked like that but it's on it's last leg so I wanted to try to find app, especially since our iPads are portable.
So if you're looking for something to help with time, this app does it. I just think there's a few things that can be done to make it better.

Exactly as advertised!
This is the perfect timer for me. I do lots of public speaking. I love how I can set the yellow color to appear at whatever time I need to know to wrap-up my presentation. That makes it so much more useful to me than other basic countdown timers.
