About

Turn a spare phone into a parking stoplight for your garage. Mount the phone on the wall in front of your parking spot, with the screen and front camera facing the car. As you pull in, StopSpot measures your license plate with the camera and fills the screen with a color you can see from the driver's seat: • Green: keep coming, with the distance to your stop in centimeters or inches • Yellow: slow down, the distance counts down • Red: STOP • Flashing red: BACK UP, you went past the mark • An arrow shows which way to steer if you are off to one side Set it up once: park exactly where you want to stop and tap "Set stop here". Optionally enter the tape-measured distance for exact meters. Choose your plate size (long European, two-line, US and import sizes, Japan, Australia, China). Easy to aim even though the screen faces away from you: tones and spoken directions ("Tilt up", "Plate found. Hold still.") guide you while you mount the phone. Short garage? Mount the phone higher or to the side and tilt it toward the stop: StopSpot measures the car's travel from an angle and tells you how early it will see the car. Made for an all-day wall mount: the screen stays dim until a car arrives, and it keeps running on the charger. Every zone also has its own shape and word, not only a color. Optional parking-sensor beeps that speed up as you get closer, a warning when the phone is not on its charger, and a troubleshooting guide in Settings. In English, Arabic, Armenian, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish. Private by design: the video never leaves your phone. No account, no ads. Crash reports and usage statistics (no name, no images, no plate text) help fix problems, and you can turn them off in Settings. StopSpot is a parking convenience aid, not a safety device. It does not prevent collisions. Always check your surroundings.
