My storage has not cleaned or deleted the videos , only compressed them and kept them

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. This is a common situation with iOS storage logic. When the app "cleans" or deletes a video, Apple's system moves the original file to the "Recently Deleted" album in your Photos app for safety. It still takes up space there. To get your storage back: Open the iPhone Photos app. Go to Albums > Scroll down to Recently Deleted. Tap Select > Delete All. Once you do this, you will see the storage space return immediately!
