Don’t Bother!!
This app crashes more than Helen Keller flying a plane!! LOL I can’t tell how good the app is because it crashes so often. It works as often as my dead grandma!! Call Fixit Felix or whoever you need to get this app running correctly because I’d like to actually use it. ZERO STARS from me

If you want me to revert my review back to what it was then restore my unlock!! I shall notify all who got this that you’re pulling their IAP offers away & in no time your ratings will go down like the Bismarck. Why make offers - for ratings I’m thinking. Then to pull them in the hope that ppl will just forget about it is dumb. You made the offer so STAND by it.

oh my god Very dangerous App, it removed all of my contacts and unable restore
Danger Dell:: don’t use this app. I use this app at all and too the backup. Instead backup, it removed all of my contacts and it unable restore. After hours of research, I was able to find the customer support email I have get in touch with them. They said, I would be able to restore from backup which is not working. After no response. I’m glad I have my backup. Otherwise I could loose all of my contacts. It’s happened months ago and still I’m following up since I lost few latest contacts, but no response from them. So beware and stay away from this app.

I downloaded this app because lifetime was FREE thru AppAdvice.
I wish I can go back in time and NEVER download/obtain it!!!
The app deleted all my important contacts which I “backed up”
Via the app. It does NOT allow me to open the “back up”
It COMPLETELY CRASHES both on my iPad and IPhone
Despite my several attempts to avoid the app from crashing.
I have on numerous occasions attempted to contact them via email and I get absolutely no response back from them. 😢 it’s “crickets”
As though the developer has ghosted 👻 me.
If I could I would give them zero stars ⭐️ and I have no problem changing my review if they fix the issues and give me back my missing contacts!!

Cannot apply backup for contacts
I backed up my contacts and now I cannot get them back. I contacted via email and have not heard back from them. It’s really frustrating.

I am getting an error message the contact backup cannot be applied.
They have been deleted and it is critical that they get restored. I sent two emails to support. The first reply didn't help at all. Didn't receive a reply to the second.

Misleading
Signed up with the lifelong subscription was free, but no where was it labeled or expressed as the “free” version. Customer services was not helpful at all and gave a canned answer about something unrelated to my question.
Making a mass on phone and duplicating on cloud

Backup function errored. What a mess. All but 38 of my contacts are gone.

A great app to review your photos for doubles and close copies. Also great for reviewing contacts.
Questionable Privacy Policy
May be decent app but very questionable Privacy Policy makes it too challenging to test the app.
Oh my gosh
Cleaned up very dissimilar contacts, combining them in a crazy manner. Totally screwed up my database. Maybe I didn’t read things properly, but don’t think so. Getting rid of this app and cleaning things up.
Still have to watch Ads with Lifetime License
I downloaded this app, have the lifetime license on the sale, and still cannot delete more than 5 photos at a time. Even worst, if you watch ads, you can only delete 25 photos. What is the point of having Lifetime license? And you can’t go in the Manage Subscription page as well, it’s just stuck at the loading time page.

Slick interface, needs a little work
The “deselect all” button on individual batches of similar photos often needs a double tap. As I went through, I often found clicking the duplicate I wanted to keep was faster.

Worst App - Contacts got deleted and not getting restored
Have tried to cleanup contacts and took a back-up before cleanup. During this exercise, all contacts got deleted. I tried to restore from back-up, it says everytime ‘Error Applying Back-up’
