its okay

i have tried to use the white background feature, it did not work and it is really laggy

The Ads have gotten ridiculous

I used to love this app, but it’s gotten ridiculous. You can’t interact with the app at all without having a 30 second unskippable ad after doing literally anything on the app. Need to crop a photo? Ad. Need to adjust lighting on that same photo? Another ad. It’s unusable.

If there is a way to pay to get rid of ads, it’s not obvious at all. I don’t even know if the option is there. At this point it’s not worth it.

I’m done with it. The only reason I’m not giving a one star rating is because it USED to be a really good app. But I guess I’ll be moving on 😔

The ONLY real background removal app

Between both IOS and Android this is the only real background removal app. There are no ridiculous subscriptions, no insanely intrusive advertisements, and it’s simple. You don’t have to select every pixel, it’s an intelligent software that automatically removes the background.

The ads render this useless.

This was a go-to app, but now the addition of ads into the work flow slow everything down and are a nuisance for your core customer who I assume are small business owners with limited time. “Take a photo -> play an ad”... really?

Why put ads in the middle of the workflow? Why not a startup ad, or banners that don’t prevent you from working?

This app *was* so useful I’d even pay to remove the ads so I could keep using it. I don’t see that option so I’m on the hunt for something else.

What happened man

The simpler it was before the better it worked, select a picture to remove bg from, quality it visibly much worse as soon as it goes to the app. AI would work better before at removing the background, I've used it for hundreds and hundreds of photos. Now it is super slow,lagging,shuts down. Ive used this previously on multiple older iphones and that was when I had no problems (slowly got worse). I try on the newest one and it still isnt the same

Used to be Amazing. Updates over the past year have broken it.

It used to be my go to app for editing product photos for my online business but the feature that would let you edit individual photos has been broken for almost a year now. I’ve given up on this app. Don’t change what’s not broken 🙄 Now I have to find another app to edit my product photos.

Horrible Updates

This app use to be so helpful for my work. But, with every update the app gets WORSE! It constantly crashes

Used to work okay....

Unfortunately after years of use I have to move on to a different editing app. New updates (iOS) crippled use- numerous glitches and often times I cannot even open photos. It’s too bad because the white balance feature was a huge time saver for me

Use to be great but this app is trash now.

They keep updating this app, I use to be a 5 star but after these recent updates it’s one of the worst editing apps I’ve ever used.

Previously it would take about 15 seconds to snap, quick crop, contrast / brighten and them save. Now it takes like 1-4 minutes, the cropping alone is almost not possible because the ‘free’ grab corners don’t work.

You’re always getting rerouted to different pages and all progress is lost if you accidentally tap the 20 other links on the bottom that are unrelated to the original purpose of the app...

This app is literally trash now, it couldn’t be worst unless it didn’t work at all.

I used to be a big fan

Up until the latest big update, I was a HUGE fan of this app— I used it for everything and told everyone about it. But this new update is horrible. Every time I have tried to remove the background or use the eraser, the app crashes and I lose all of my work. I hate to find a new app but this one just isn’t even usable anymore. The updates weren’t even good enough to warrant a whole new version. So sad.

Awful app! Do not download!

It will not let you remove it and bills you a ton of money every month and it has no way to stop it! And it’s all in a foreign language! It may say free for now but it’s a scam!!!

Unable to contact app support...

Usually rate this app 5 stars, but this is the second time now I have had an issue with the app and have no way of getting any assistance. I have tried to contact app support through developer website- server unavailable. Email sent and received a notification it was undeliverable!
I would be nice to actually get some support, but now have no way of doing so. I am no longer able to use the background removal feature.
Receive the following error message:
Main Control Server- Server is not detected. this service is closed.

Issues

I’m having issues with the app, everything is in the wrong language. I’m not too sure how to switch the language and when I attempt to visit app support i receive a message stating the server isn’t responding

Great app... just wish....

I love this app it’s exactly what I need. My only request is to have the option to work on photos I’ve already taken. It would make my life so much easier!!!

Well if it worked...

This app would be useful if it worked dependably however there is more often than not some bug that prevents all functions of the app from working properly. For instance, at this time the app freezes when I attempt to “remove the background” and unfortunately that’s the feature that I use most in this app...and the one that is usually broken.

Love this app but...

It does an amazing job allowing me to blend white into the background!! And the levels buttons and filters are great. I have to erase and upload the app a lot though because it won’t open sometimes. If that were fixed, I would give this app 5 stars. I currently can’t open the app into the home button...so maybe with this review the developers can fix it:) I miss my favorite editing app!

The Devs Have Listened yo Feedback!

I almost didn’t download this because I was skeptical. That said, based on the reviews & having downloaded & used the app for the past 2 days, I believe the developers have listened.

At first I was unsure. There are aspects that could be a bit more user friendly... BUT here’s the most important thing i discovered. When you’re using the AI background remover & it doesn’t get everything, you don’t actually need to manually erase. Stay on the AI screen & if there’s a missed area, just swipe a line (it should come out red.) Do that to all the areas you want to remove which were missed. You only have to do lines, you don’t need it to be close to your object. Hit the AI ‘free’ Button & it will repeat the remover process.

I’ve done this with multiple items & it works SO well. I’ve been using photoshop, which takes forever. I’m a pro at photoshop, but it’s a whole different world when I’m trying to create awesome product photos. This was a huge help.

Even if it’s not 100% perfect, it’s easily better than any other app I’ve used. Exactly what I’ve been searching for. Again, I’ve only been using it for a couple days, but given that it’s free, it hasn’t crashed & I am able to get the photos I desire, I’m not complaining whatsoever. Great app. I’d recommend giving it a second chance. It’s absolutely worth it!

This app is what I call a super app

The features are very basic and user friendly if you actually read the functionalities. I’ve been using this app for several months now and it has been a life saver many of times! This Ai I think is one of the best I’ve used yet. Thank you for creating such a neat product!
