Nice dashboard. Tracking of orders and shipment delivery is very helpful.
Tracking of shipments is good
I can see Orders, their status and shipment status. Helps me intimate my customers and myself be aware of any delays. Dashboard view is also much superior to the BigCommerce app.
Too expensive
It’s not a flat fee subscription. You need to pay a monthly fee for each feature.

Unless you want to pay monthly subscription fees to use this app, you have ZERO functionality with this app. You can't even check to see if there is a new order in the queue without paying. Scam!

Charges you for everything you click on
Looks like a great app ,,, but you click on orders and it says you need to subscribe for $0.99 a month ,,, fair enough, done ,,, then click on products and it asks you to subscribe again, this time for $3.99 a month, click on customers and you guessed it, subscribe again for a different amount. It would be nice if there was one price that you knew up front instead of this nickel and diming every time you click something.

not worth it
Can't see your Dashboard without subscribing to monthly fees. Can't see the pictures of items ordered from customers. Can't see messages from customers. What can you do on this app? Can't copy addresses or names or nothing WTH

When you get new order you don’t get order notifications !! about time to create nice APP with order notifications!!!
Complete waste of money
You can barely do anything without paying for the monthly app subscription. All you can do it edit products. You can’t even add or delete products! Pointless don’t buy
Shipments and Dashboard are useful
I have been using some of the other apps. It has all the features of the competing apps and other additional features. Two features that I found really useful are tracking sales numbers real time through the dashboard and customer shipment tracking details. The app response time is good and constantly upgraded.

Love this app when I am in a rush. Can quickly check new orders and the dashboard on current sales numbers.
