Update not good
Ive just updated it and gone to play it and half my shop is cut off by a wall going through the middle of the shop and is cutting most of my freezers off.
I’ve managed to expand to section 7 only got section 8&9 to get, and I’ve got all the licenses I’ve got my shop to a level I was happy with as I had enough furniture to stock every single item but now half of my shop is cut off it’s ruined my experience.
Have tried messaging through the website but it’s not going through. Never had a problem with this game before now

Was really enjoying the game
This was a great game! Until the recent update, which reset my progress and for some reason it rest the size of the shop. But kept all the prices the same and all the progress was saved.

Need to fix bug
Last update has caused shoppers to leave without making payment. there is also a wall what is in the middle of the store and it won’t disappear even tho i have already bought that expansion please help as really enjoy this game

버그 수정해도 일부 공간이 막혔어요
버그 수정했다 해서 들어갔는데 확장해놓은 공간의 1/3이 벽으로 막혀 있고 못 들어가요 거기 안에 여러 선반이나 상품들이 있는데 벽으로 막혀 있어 진열이나 위치 이동을 아예 못 하고 보이지도 않아요 확장 다 해놨고 상품 진열도 해놨는데 벽으로 막는 건 너무한 거 아닌가요? 버그 수정이

I love the game most things are good but you have to watch lots of adds 😞and if you order things from the computer 💻 it takes ages to get the things you have ordered apart from that the game is amazing 🤩

Was my favorite game until..
So this game is very addictive and I played it everyday up until recently. There must have been some update or something because I loaded the game and the graphics looked better and there was much more detail. When I went into my actual store it’s as if the update took away my latest store expansion I purchased to make my store larger because my shelving was going through the wall now all my fridges I had lined up against the wall were now gone (I had 8 fridges). It’s like something didn’t transfer correctly with the update. I did contact support uploaded detailed photos but haven’t heard back from anyone and it’s been about 4 day. It’s very disappointing because like I mentioned earlier I love the game but haven’t been able to play since whatever update to my store took place.

Future updates/great game
What I would do is that you should release newer things like store expansion however people would have to pay for it before it actually is free to pay with in game currency, and also for decor, you should add hanging signs for the shelves and also should be allowed to move the register, I also have something’s I would like you to add but it’s up to you. Vertical expansion if not added, newer food groups such as, mustard and world foods, instead of automatically paying bills they should go on the computer to see pay bills and if not you charge them more also, customers can write complaints about the store. Anyways super super fun, super super cool, like it and keep up the good work

My only issue is that I have I have to pay for worker every time why couldn’t I just hire them but I if I need them I hire them and need more produce more stuff as I level up
