Never been successfully login in 1 go, always hang up with the name shown!
Suddenly cannot use in certain restaurant without showing in the app
I used to go to China Land Restaurant and redeem the points for it, yet tonight after redemption of 1500 points, the staff told me the restaurant already starts using their own app & they claimed that they told storellet already… How can I claim my points back?

Not for non-Chinese users
There was only a Chinese warning printed on the receipt to tell the customer that you only get 3 hours time limit to record the points. First, 3 hours isn’t very long, second, why is it only in Chinese if the app is available in English and it’s not designed for Chinese users only. The time limit should be at least 24 hours.

Can’t scan it says not logged in??
I’m signed in but when I try to scan receipt it says not logged in and gives me a pop up saying cancel/login or register.

Keeps on jumping out
Keeps on jumping out when I was trying to add a new restaurant! Not recommended. Staff as seol bistro asked me to add it to get a free dish but I couldn't add the restaurant and they don't give me free dish!!
