The worst return policy if you receive a damaged product you have to fix it read their policy before buying and also the worst customer experience

طلبت مجموعة من طناجر كوركماز بعد ٥ ايام وصلني جزء و لم صلني الباقي لا احد يجيب الاتصالات او حتى الرسائل
الموظفين غير كفء لا يستطيعون حل المشاكل بالتأخير و ليس لديهم القدرة على الاستجابة السريعة لا انصح بهذا الموقع اول تجربة و آخر تجربة أنا عميلة ممتازة لأمازون و نوون و كنت اود تجربة هذا التطبيق و رأي فيه انه فاشل جدا بسبب عدم التنظيم و الان مضى ١٥ يوم ولم احصل على طلبيتي

Unprofessional and uncertain
I ordered 3 parfumes and for couple of days status didn’t change from “ordered” to “confirmed” despite delivery was mentioned 1-2 days fast shipping while payment. I contacted CService and I was informed it was confirmed, they would ship in 2-3 working days. After 4-5 days of no delivery, I again contacted them to know that there was no stock and they will go for cancellation and refund. Simply wasted my time.

The worst online app for shop
My delivery take more than 7 days. Every time I contact to customer service they said we will talk to the buyer and there is no respond until you call them several time and they have the same answer.
It’s my first experience in this store and last one.
For me is better buy it from the store than us this application.
I never recommend it to anyone it’s only wasting my time and energy
