Please Resolve !!!
I purchased the StoriesPro App with the discount and trial and was immediately charged without a trial. When I try to use a Pro template I’m given the subscription screen to pay again. I have tried restoring my subscription but it’s not letting me use pro features unless I sign up again. Have contacted support but heard nothing.

Paid and still no access to pro
I paid and cannot access the pro features. So sad, because I actually really liked this app.
Paid For Pro
But I can’t use pro. Because it keeps telling me that I’m not subscribed to pro. What’s going on? 😅

I paid for pro, yet everytime I attempt to open a pro template the option to sign up keeps coming up instead of allowing me to use the template. Don’t waste your money.
Horrible support
I paid for this subscription last year- I haven’t been able to use it all. The app keep saying I need to buy the subscription , tries to reach out to the support - no response !
Paying For Pro With No Access To Pro
Apparently I’ve been paying for the Pro version of this app for years without knowing bc when I’m using the app and try to use the pro templates it doesn’t allow me to use them. Today I decided to just purchase the pro version bc I’m bored with the current templates. I paid for the year and have no access to the Pro templates it just prompts me to the purchase page again. When I investigate further and to report the issue I see I’ve actually been paying for it for years and haven’t had access to the pro content the entire time. Cool.

Cannot access my Pro templates
Hi. I have tried every day for the past month to access my pro templates. It shows that I have already paid for a year of pro. However, it gives me an error message every time and won’t let me access the template. There’s no place on the app for support or help for this question. So the only place I can find to leave. This is on the review. Please let me know what is wrong. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it, which did not help either. Help!

Won’t Restore Purchase
The app is good for what you are able to use but I have purchased the yearly subscription and yet every time I try and use the pro version it says I haven’t subscribed. I have clicked restore purchase and I have even canceled and resubscribed and yet it still says I am not on the pro version.
You should use it.
I like the app. You can do things they say you can and show in preview but not too many free fonts… any other typical money hungry app.

I paid 3 time for this app. And I am absolutely unable to access any of the pro features that I paid for. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, several time. I reached out to customer support several time.
And no one, no one at Planoly was contacting me back. I was so desperate that I contacted their social media.
Finally, somebody got back to me and said "oh sorry you have bought this app on the Apple store so you have to contact Apple for this issue. We cannot do anything on our end. " And then guess what if I try to contact Apple about it, they say "here is the contact for the app support at Planoly."
So it's basically nobody's fault.

Good App
Decent app.
Video lengths
App is good just need to update the videos inserted into the layouts to be able to play LONGER than 15-seconds. IG now allows stories up to 60 seconds long. Any vid I insert into a layout gets cut at 15 seconds. Please kindly update, thanks!
Great templates too but my images aren’t captured
Love the aesthetics and options but for some reason when I save it as draft, the preview doesn’t show my photos.
No longer works
Was quite a handy app for editing stories but now I get a message “load error, failed to load collection” and the app is completely blank. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t fix and there’s no way to contact the developer through the app
Can’t save colours
Wanted to use this for editing my stories for my business but you can’t save your brand colours so have to type in the hex code every time from a scrollable panel. I gave up within a few minutes
The concept is great but too many bugs
I love the options you can choose, but I’ve already encountered quite a few bugs that make the app almost unusable. For one, I was able to upload photos when I originally logged on. But now it doesn’t allow me to upload any new ones so I’m stuck with the original 3 options I posted which doesn’t help much past this point.

App has serious glitches !
It won’t let me export any of my templates to any platform even Planoly. I can’t add text, I can only modify the text that is in the template if there are any. I can’t do anything but make a pretty story that’s half done but no one can ever see it because the app refuses to let me export or use any of my templates.
