StorifyMè

StorifyMè is a life story recording tool to help capture and preserve the different chapters of an individual's life. This app enables families of residents in senior living communities that have deployed the CareSynchrony® platform, to easily capture the life stories of their loved ones and share it with community care teams. Family members can review a list of topics that have been setup by the community management team and make an audio recording of information about the topic. The audio recording can be as little or as much information as families would like to share about their loved one residing in the community. The resident's life story is then made available to various the caregivers in the community to better understand and care for the resident. Requirements - A senior living community has have deployed the CareSynchrony® platform and your access to this app should be authorized by facility management.
