Списали деньги, не предоставив тестовый доступ

Хотела тестово воспользоваться приложением, чтобы понять, есть ли в нём нужная мне функция. Никакого тестового доступа не получила — деньги списали сразу. Нужной функции не нашла (может, она и есть — но очень странно устроен поиск: просто какие-то рандомные люди понасохраняли свои рандомные шаблоны — а ты ищи среди всей этой кучи то, что тебе нужно, отдельно от шаблонов никаких инструментов нет). Вернуть деньги не получается (во вкладке «Помощь» строчка про возврат средств попросту не реагирует на нажатие). Приложение в целом довольно бесполезное (все те же коллажи со стикерами, текстурами и текстами можно собрать в любом другом редакторе, хоть в пиксарте). Сделано нелогично и бестолково. Хорошо, что додумалась перед оформлением «тестового периода»🤡 выставить тариф месячный, а не годовой — списали стоимость за месяц.

Не работает

На iPhone 11 iOS 15.2 не загружается от слова совсем. Бесконечно светится розовый экран с текстом LOADING… BAKING TEMPLATES. Ради интереса оставил экран включённым на 13 минут, ничего так и не заработало.

Написала, что хочу попробовать 3 дня бесплатно и понять вообще что за приложение , списали Деньги за месяц да ещё и приложение оказалось полной туфтой!
