Better than StorLogix cloud for desktop
I use this app mostly when I am away from my office to check on my property. Other than the annoying ‘unable to sync’ warning it’s better than my StorLogix cloud version in my office because it’s simple and doesn’t add loitering to the alarms. I only want to see alarms and activity, and that’s what I get from this app.

Great app, but
I love having the ability to access/control my gates from anywhere.
I do wish I didn’t have to keep the app open to get notifications. I have push notifications on, so I’m not sure why I won’t notify me all the time.
I also wish this app had a widget. If y’all could PLEASE give us an iPhone widget, I’d change my rating to 5 stars.

Mostly good app
I love having access info on my phone now after having another software for the last (almost) ten years I’ve worked here. I wish notifications came through when the app is closed, though.
They broke the app again
Just installed an app update and now the app will not sign in and getting sync error. Every other time they have an update it breaks. Absolutely ridiculous.
Nice when it works
This app is useful when it actually works, granted it’s not the most user friendly layout. However the last week or so it just randomly stops working and says it’s “unable to sync” the app is up to date and I’ve repeatedly checked StorLogix on our office computer to make sure nothing is wrong there and it’s always connected fine. What use is this app if it only works 50% of the time and there’s nowhere to report app issues?

Customer support non existent. Very sad you put all your trust into a company and believing what they say about their product to find out you mean nothing to them after they take your money. Very sad
Please bring back red StorLogix App
Been using StorLogix mobile (not 2) for years now and it works great without purchasing the extra $$ features, but new employees and managers can’t download that app. It works great for us, please but it back on App Store!!
Almost perfect
I really like most of this app. It is convenient and has a lot of great functions for Managers on and off site. The only feature I REALLY wish this app had is a notification for “Late Exit Denied”.
Apple Version Terrible
Recently made the switch to an Apple device and this version of the app is terrible. If you are going to use this app as an operator the Apple version is very frustrating.
Start looking for new gate control software
Turned off support to the old app without notifying us it was ending, and now access to the app hinges on signing up for more costs? No thanks.

Loving StorLogix
StorLogix app is great, I can set alerts for specific codes, after hours access and open the gate remotely. This app has given me a lot more flexibility.

Terrible
This app is useless. Multiple calls to PTI tech support, and it still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time. Typical PTI garbage product.
